Where We Are
Rooted in Warren, NSW
Golden Soil Grazing operates across roughly 2,500 acres of rich, flat country around Warren, in the Macquarie Valley of New South Wales — country long known for its fertile alluvial soils and reliable pasture growth. The Macquarie River and the plains around it have fed cattle and sheep for generations, and that history shapes how we farm today.
It's land that rewards patience and good management: well-watered, sheltered by shade lines and timber, and capable of pushing steady weight onto stock when the seasons behave. For us, that's not a backdrop — it's the foundation of everything we do.
Our business is cattle trading and grazing. We buy store cattle, grow them out on grass, and sell them when they reach target weight. It's a model as old as grazing itself, and we believe doing it well comes down to the land beneath our feet and the care we put into every mob.
Our Philosophy
“Quality land produces quality stock. Look after the soil, and the soil looks after everything else.”
That belief guides how we manage our pastures, how we select and handle our cattle, and how we do business — honestly, patiently, and with a long-term view. Healthy land grows healthy feed; healthy feed grows healthy cattle; healthy cattle earn the trust of the people we trade with.
As we grow, we're looking ahead to expanding into sheep grazing, applying the same principles to a new enterprise on the same good country.

Golden Soil Grazing is part of the wider Golden Soil Agri Group, a family of agricultural businesses that share the same soil-first philosophy. We don't believe in taking shortcuts with the land, and the Group's structure lets each enterprise specialise while pulling toward a common goal: productive, sustainable Australian agriculture.
Our sister company, Golden Soil Fertilisers, sits at the other end of the same chain of thinking. Where we turn good soil into good stock, they turn careful nutrition back into good soil — developing and supplying fertiliser and soil-conditioning products that build pasture productivity from the ground up.
The connection is more than shared branding. Healthier soils grow better feed; better feed means faster, more even weight gain on our cattle. The two businesses feed into each other — literally — and that closed loop is the engine behind the kind of consistent, traceable results our partners can rely on.
